La Panoramica was the first Bed and Breakfast opened in Tivoli since 1998 and it’s mentioned in the most important tourist guides.
It’s a Bed and Breakfast of charme in a prestigious property of the beginning of the nineteenth century with a wonderful view.
The first owner was Mr. Nicolò Arnaldi. The town of Tivoli gave his name to the street where the Bed and Breakfast is placed!
The ancient residence, completely restored with modern comfort, is a gorgeous place with mosaic on the floors and very high ceiling both original of the period. The ancient walls give a pleasant cool temperature during the warm season.
We suggest our best room: the Nicolò Arnaldi Superior with private panoramic balcony.
For all our guests the house has a panoramic living room for the breakfast, with original mosaic floor and elegant furniture. Here there is also a piano.
Panoramic terrace where you can relax after an excursion, admiring our unique view of the valley and roman country until Rome and S. Peter dome.
During the warm season, breakfast is served here.
We stay in Tivoli center at few stesps from Villa d’Este gardens, Villa Gregoriana at walking distance and near all Tivoli attractions.
Free public parking in our street with a card that we will give you free at the check in! Bus stop for Villa Adriana and Rome at 50 meters.
