The Bed and Breakfast Villa d’Este is strategically located in front of Villa d’Este gardens entrance, a UNESCO site, one of Tivoli top attraction.
Ideally placed to visit the center of the city, at few steps of all Tivoli points of interest. Just around the corner you can find the main street with shops, typical restaurants and all the services the town can offer.
Villa Gregoriana is at walking distance. We are few steps from bus stop to Villa Adriana (downtown), Rome and thermal bath.
Public parking at only 50 meters in Garibaldi square. Railway station 1.5 km away. The Court of Tivoli and the San Giovanni hospital are within walking distance.
Forget the car! You can get everywhere by foot!

The building is in a pedestrian area in a picturesque little square. During the day, the square is full of tourists. The entrance of the famous Villa d’Este is just there!

We are not in a restricted traffic zone!
You can easily arrive to our place: GPS/Satellite Navigator set parking of the panoramica Tivoli (Garibaldi Square) where you can find public parking free with a card we will give you free at the check in! We are at only 50 meters in a pedestrian area just in front to the famous Villa d’Este gardens.
